OGA's Kinderstar Program is designed for children 6 years and younger, offering a wide variety of classes that teach and enhance the social, cognitive and physical development of each child. Through gymnastics, our excellent coaches work with students to explore age-appropriate gymnastics activities in a fun and safe environment. Kinderstar classes incorporate monthly themes to keep our classes new and exciting, while giving our students an opportunity to overcome challenges and learn new skills. Our teachers utilize toys and equipment to play educational games (color recognition, sorting, counting, taking turns, sharing) and teach appropriate social skills. Everyone has fun!
Preschool classes are the foundation for progression to our Futurestars gymnastics classes (ages 6 and older), developmental programs, and competitive teams. We have a variety of classes for our students to advance into, allowing each child the opportunity to reach his or her fullest potential. Kinderstar classes are for children 12 months to 6 years, and last 40, 50 or 75 minutes, depending on the level of the class.
We offer classes 7 days a week, and enrollment is ongoing! New Students may call our front desk to schedule a FREE trial class!
Class Descriptions:
Star Babies (12-24 months)
An introductory parent-participation class where babies play, roll, jump & explore their surroundings while developing gross motor skills and learn about social interaction in a fun and safe environment. Classes explore most gymnastics equipment including trampolines, balance beams, bars, obstacle courses and our foam-filled pits!
Meets once a week for 40 minutes. Tuition: $55.00 per month.
StarLights (2-3 years)
A parent-participation class for toddlers that teaches introductory gymnastics skills, as well as group activity and taking turns. Classes explore most gymnastics equipment including trampolines, balance beams, bars, obstacle courses and our foam-filled pits! A Starlights class will introduce your child to class structure and socialization before preschool, and is great way for your child to develop motor skills, strength and confidence while learning gymnastics and having fun!
Meets once a week for 50 minutes. Tuition: $63.00 per month.
* Children in the following classes must be potty trained.
Ministars (3-4 years)
Boys and girls explore basic gymnastics skills on all events, as well as develop independence, responsibility, and listening skills, in a fun-filled learning environment. Students build the basic core strength, coordination, and self-confidence that are the foundation for future athletic activities.
Meets once a week for 50 minutes. Tuition: $63.00 per month
Meteors (3-4 years)
A boys only, high energy, inroductory class. Students are introduced to gymnastics skills and specific men's gymnastics equipment. Meteors classes utilize a wide variety of equipment including pommel horse, parallel bars, rings, obstacle course, trampolines and foam-filled pits! Students build strength and coordination along with self-confidence and social skills in a high-energy environment.
Meets once a week for 50 minutes. Tuition: $63.00 per month.
Superstars (4-6 years)
A class for girls and boys who are in preschool or kindergarten. This class introduces students to basic gymnastics skills on traditional gymnastics equipment. Students learn skills, terminology, body positions, and proper technique with their peers in a fun and safe environment! Gymnasts build strength, confidence, and friendships while using a variety of equipment, including: balance beams, bars, obstacle courses, trampolines, and foam-filled pits. Classes are taught using a circuit structure to keep kids motivated and moving!

Comets (4-6 years)
Meets once a week for 50 minutes. Tuition: $63.00 per month.
DancingStars (3-6 years)
This girls only class, develops rhythmic gymnastic and dance skills using ribbon, ball, rope, and hoop. They build flexibility and coordination along with self-confidence and social skills.
50 minutes. Tuition: $63.00 per month.
Advanced Classes
We also offer advanced KinderStar classes for girls and boys; enrollment is by manager placement only. Many students who begin in our introductory Kinderstar classes develop the skills required to move into more advanced, age appropriate classes. Our advanced classes include Soaring Stars, Sparklers, Shining Stars, Shooting Stars, Sparkplugs and Asteroids.
