OGA Head Coach Position

The Oregon Gymnastics Academy is currently looking to expand our competitive coaching staff. Due to organizational growth, we are now accepting applications for a Boys Team Head Coach.

OGA’s Competitive Team Program takes pride in the caliber of training we offer our gymnast, preparing them for competition at the state, regional, and national levels. It is our goal to provide our athletes with a top-quality gymnastics education that allows them to be successful and progress in the sport to the highest level they desire. Additionally, we strive to train well-rounded athletes who are not only great gymnasts, but great people. We have created a culture rooted in positivity, which places value on the development of the athlete as a whole.

Founded in 1978, the Oregon Gymnastics Academy is a non-profit gym located just minutes from downtown Portland. OGA’s mission is to promote and motivate character, fitness, and health in the lives of our athletes, employees, and community through the sport of gymnastics. Dedication to our mission along with a state of the art, 25,000 square foot facility allows us to provide high quality gymnastics training to children of all ages and abilities.

Inside our expansive facility, OGA is fortunate to house an abundance of equipment which affords us the opportunity to train high-caliber athletes at all levels. Along with our numerous sets of bars, beams, rings, pommel horses, and vault tables, OGA offers our athletes and coaches two foam pits, a trench pit, trampolines, Tumbl Traks, and so much more! We want the best from our coaches and athletes, so we offer them the best equipment and training techniques possible.

In addition to all of the wonderful things going on inside OGA, there are fantastic things to explore outside of our walls. Oregon is known for its unique lifestyle and outdoor activities. Whether you want to experience all that the city has to offer, or become one with nature, Oregon has what you are looking for. OGA’s location is perfectly situated to be just a short drive away from hiking, hitting the slopes, or a coastal getaway.
