Power Pack Fitness Program
Program Manager - Zack Gallinger-Long OGA’s Power Pack Fitness Program was designed by a personal trainer for students who want to get stronger, faster and healthier through proper exercise and a balanced diet. Students are tested by national fitness standards and parents are updated every six weeks on their child’s progress. Through fun, active and educational games, students learn the importance of proper lifting with the help of Strongman Dan, cardiovascular fitness with tips from Running Robert, Nutrition Nate keeps the team eating healthy, and Flexible Faith demonstrates the importance of flexibility to lower the risk of injury in any sport.
50 minutes/week: $62 monthly
