I trained and competed in artistic gymnastics for 10 years up to level 8. After putting the sport behind me, I continued to tumble in cheerleading and also started coaching gymnastics in high school. I have been coaching gymnastics for approximately 15 years and have taught all levels from preschool up to level 4/5 competitive team. Gymnastics is and has been a huge part of my life and it has made me the person I am today. For me now, the best part about the sport is the look on the face of a child who figured out how to do a trick for the first time. The way their face lights up, being their coach, is just the best feeling in the world. When I am not at work, I love spending time with my family. I have a fabulous husband and two future gold medalists, Hannah (5 yrs) and Emma (18 mo).
